Personal chemistry and value alignment are a significant and decisive part of our investment processes. We have declined interesting investments and exited profitable companies where our values did not align.

We keep ourselves updated with the latest trends and technologies in social and ecological sustainability. This means we constantly seek new and innovative ways to reduce our climate footprint, utilize resources efficiently, and improve the working environment. To ensure that sustainability efforts permeate our entire organization, we have a dedicated sustainability manager who works closely with the respective sustainability managers of our subsidiaries to support them in their pursuit of being sustainable companies.
