Yuncture is a place full of opportunities for startup entrepreneurs, founded by two employees at Hammarviken, and forms the basis of Hammarviken's Innovation business area. They offer a free incubator program aimed at guiding entrepreneurs in the early stages of their business journey. Yuncture also invests in startup companies and offers a modern and innovative co-working space under the brand name Yuncture House.

Through our Innovation business area, we aim to create a world where the best entrepreneurs, regardless of age, have the chance to thrive while creating synergies between traditional business models and innovative thinking. Therefore, a lot of our focus is on fostering a culture of innovation and drive that encourages new, groundbreaking solutions. In a constantly changing world, we encourage dynamic dialogues and approaches that build sustainable companies for the future.
Investment criteria
We always proceed from our investment philosophy when we buy companies. And our firm opinion is that shared values and a good personal chemistry are a prerequisite for being able to run a good company. However, each business area within Hammarviken's group has its own investment criteria. These criteria, together with the philosophy, are decisive for whether an investment is interesting.
No majority ownership
We do not want to be the majority owners. This ensures that the incentive to drive and develop the company remains with the entrepreneur.
Ethically defensible
We do not invest in what we consider unethical industries. Examples include betting, narcotics, weapons, online casinos, payday loans, and more.
Personal chemistry
We place great emphasis on understanding the team's potential to nurture an idea and build a company. The business idea may evolve along the way.
Proof of concept
Ideally, the company already has a paying customer base. If not, there should at least be a successful pilot project completed.
50 MSEK in 5 Years
There must be a credible plan and potential in the idea, the team, and the market. The goal is to achieve a turnover of at least 50 MSEK within 5 years.
Scalable idea
The original business idea must be scalable, ensuring that the company has the potential for long-term sustainability.

Yuncture House
To challenge the traditional view of co-working, Yuncture House offers an All-Inclusive setup where everyone feels like each other's colleagues. Through various memberships, we reach a wide range of companies, creating the perfect mix.
Yuncture Incubator
Through the incubator, we offer a five-month program where entrepreneurs receive ongoing advice from handpicked mentors. The program is run by Hammarviken, together with Yuncture, and is completely free with no equity requirements.
Yuncture Invest
We invest in innovative companies and entrepreneurs who are ready to pursue their vision. In addition to providing capital, Yuncture Invest offers guidance and experienced support, acting as a partner on the journey towards success.
