We invest in commercial properties in the Gothenburg area as well as land in expanding regions across Sweden. By strategically developing and managing properties, housing, and other socially important areas and buildings, we actively participate in community development.
Real estate
Since the early 1990s, Hammarviken has acquired and managed properties in attractive locations in the Gothenburg region. Our commercial properties primarily consist of offices, warehouses, and retail spaces. We are also interested in acquiring properties in other parts of Sweden for use by our subsidiaries.
Project development
We turn visions into reality by integrating innovative ideas with sustainable community development. With long experience in the construction and real estate industry and a stable and strong capital base, we see opportunities to create real change and add value to society. By partnering with other stakeholders and project developers, we can combine various skills and resources to streamline development.
