Our Tenant Logisnext Has Moved into Their New Premises
Since construction began on February 20, 2025, we have worked closely together with Kålltorps Bygg and Logisnext on a collaborative project that has now been completed. The result is a new, purpose-built office tailored to Logisnext’s operations, as well as another long-term investment in our property portfolio.
Logisnext has now moved into its new premises, and operations are fully up and running. The project was completed in early May, and last week the move-in was celebrated together with employees and project partners.
Throughout the project, there has been close collaboration between all parties involved, with a shared focus on creating the right conditions for Logisnext’s business – both today and for the long term.
“For Hammarviken, this project is a clear example of how we want to work – closely with our tenants and alongside the right partners to create long-term, business-adapted solutions. Throughout the entire process, the collaboration between all parties involved has been a key factor in achieving this successful outcome,” says Mats Rydhede, Chairman of the Board at Hammarviken.
Kålltorps Bygg served as the construction contractor for the project and worked closely with Hammarviken and Logisnext to develop solutions tailored to the company’s specific requirements and operational needs.
“This has been a project with a very clear shared vision and a structure that worked effectively throughout the entire process. The close collaboration between Hammarviken, Logisnext, and our team enabled us to make decisions quickly, manage changes as they arose, and maintain steady progress throughout the project,” says Linus Pilebo, Project Manager at Kålltorps Bygg.
Logisnext has been operating in the Härryda municipality since 1972, and we are especially pleased to have been part of creating the conditions for the company’s continued growth and development in the area.
"Moving into our new premises is an important step in our continued development. We have created a flexible and efficient working environment that provides excellent opportunities for future growth,” says Stefan Krantz, Managing Director & Finance Director at Logisnext.
We would also like to extend our thanks to Härryda Municipality for its valuable cooperation throughout the project.
We now look forward to following Logisnext’s continued journey in its new premises and hope for many successful years together ahead.
