In the autumn, work will begin on building 177 swan-marked rental apartments, including four terraced houses and a high-rise building of 17 stories in central Trollhättan. The project is Stavdal Trollhättan's largest ever and Stavdal will deliver everything from sheds, construction elevators, sign stands, temporary electricity, heating, small machinery, hot water, barriers, and more. Block Mars currently serves as a parking lot and is located in the northern part of central Trollhättan. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
