Hammarviken passes the baton to Mera Maskin's management
After eight years as a co-owner of Mera Maskin, Hammarviken has transferred ownership to the company’s management team. Since joining the company in 2017, we have worked closely together under a shared business plan and ownership agenda. Over the years, we’ve shared a unified vision for the company’s development, but the conditions and our joint agenda have evolved.
In an open and transparent dialogue, we agreed that the best way to move the company forward is for Mera Maskin’s management to take full ownership. We hold a very positive view of the management team’s vision for the company’s future and believe this is the optimal solution.
Björn Holmkvist, CEO and new majority owner of Mera Maskin, says:
