The operations complement each other in terms of expertise, and through the merger, they gain access to larger production capacity and a broader customer base, resulting in faster growth and strengthening their position in Western Sweden.

Both companies, which are family-owned, have been around for a long time and possess solid experience in manufacturing packaging. They have a fine history and continue to thrive, with significant opportunities for expansion from a stable platform.
