Hällingsjö Hus – a part of Hammarviken
At the beginning of October it became clear that Hammarviken entered into a partner in Hällingsjö Hus.
Hällingsjö Hus has been in existence since 1994 and have an own factory in Hällingsjö, outside Gothenburg, where they produce villas and condos.
The customers consist of both large construction and real estate companies as well as private individuals. In recent years, the company has grown strongly and today it employs approx. 150 MKR and has 55 employees.
The former owners, Jan Svensson and Roger Elmerson, remain as owners of the company but are now joined by another 5 employees and by Hammarviken Företagsutveckling AB.
All companions look forward to developing an already good company to become even better in a very strong business cycle.
